CANCELLATION POLICY
We value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To help us accommodate all our clients, we kindly ask that you review and respect our cancellation policy: 📅 Appointments * Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance with no penalty. 💳 Deposits * A $25 non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments. * This deposit will be applied to your service on the day of your appointment. * If you cancel late or do not show up, the deposit will be forfeited. ⏰ Late Cancellations * Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. ❌ No-Shows * No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. * After two no-shows, you will no longer be able to book. ⏱️ Late Arrivals * If you're more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment. * Arrivals over 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show, and cancellation fees may apply.
